How to Re-marriage?
|
To get permission for 2nd Marriage in existance of first wife, an application should be submitted to the Chairman Reconciliation Council, Dhaka City Corporation (D.C.C), along with a deposited "Challan" of Tk. 25/- as process fee. A separate Miscellaneous case be registered both the parties are noticed to attend the COUNCIL and several sittings be held to settle the matter. Considering the adequate grounds, the permission for second marriage is allowed.

form . You can use it. But it is not must. You can apply in a normal white paper.
